Standard tickets

You may receive your tickets up to seven days before the event. If your tickets have not arrived seven days before the event, please contact your ticket seller.

International delivery will take longer. If you do not receive your tickets 10 days before you leave for the UK, please use the 'Contact us' function. Please provide your order reference number and the name of the person who bought the tickets.
